چکیده
Fisher-Tropsch synthesis (FTS) is a promising method to make alternative hydrocarbons from biomass or other resources. Upgrading the primary FTS products of considerable interest. Cracking FT wax economically attractive produce light olefins. Herein, effects zeolite type, Si/Al ratio ZSM-5, and reaction condition on catalytic cracking were investigated. It was found that pore structure acid properties zeolites had significant impact product selectivity. USY beneficial for production gasoline diesel, while β suitable propylene butenes, ZSM-5 conductive producing ethylene propylene. Increasing can suppress hydrogen transfer increase selectivity When 140, mass yields ethylene, propylene, butenes 6.40%, 26.83%, 20.10%, respectively.

Correlation between Fischer-Tropsch catalytic activity and composition of catalysts
This paper presents the synthesis and characterization of monometallic and bimetallic cobalt and iron nanoparticles supported on alumina. The catalysts were prepared by a wet impregnation method. Samples were characterized using temperature-programmed reduction (TPR), temperature-programmed oxidation (TPO), CO-chemisorption, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), field emission scanning electr...
متن کاملSelective synthesis ofa-olefins on Fe-Zn Fischer-Tropsch catalysts
Fe/Zn oxides promoted with K and Cu selectively produce a-olefins at typical FischerTropsch synthesis conditions (2/1 H2/CO, 1 MPa, and 270°C). The simultaneous presence of K and Cu introduces a synergistic activity enhancement while maintaining the high oletrm selectivity obtained by alkali promotion. Structural and morphological differences in Fe-Zn oxides prepared from ammonium glycolate com...
متن کاملFischer-Tropsch Synthesis on Bimetallic Ruthenium-Gold Catalysts
The effect of Au in the behavior of Ru as a Fischer-Tropsch catalyst was studied. Two series of catalysts were investigated, one supported on Si02 and the other on MgO. Au did not seem to alter the product distribution on Ru at pressures up to 1 MPa and in the temperature range 490-570 K. However, the turnover frequencies for both CO hydrogenation and methanation showed a precipitous drop with ...
متن کاملSurface Science Studies on Cobalt Fischer–Tropsch Catalysts
Fischer–Tropsch (FT) synthesis is a process in which synthesis gas (CO/H2) is catalytically converted into hydrocarbons and oxygenates via surface polymerizations. With this process, clean liquid fuels can be made from abundant natural gas reserves and renewable biomass sources, after first being converted to synthesis gas. In the last several decades, FT synthesis has attracted renewed attenti...
